INSPECTION
REPORT
NOS.

1990 - January

,, included

conclusion
of the
inspection,
the findings
were
discussed
with those
members of your staff identified in the enclosed
inspection report.
Areas
examined
during the inspection
are identified in the report.
Within
these
areas,
the inspection
consisted
of selective
examinations
of procedures

of

Based
on the results of this inspection, certain of your activities appeared

One example resulted
in installation of several
thousand feet of
unqualified
cable after
a
problem reporting
document restricted
the
cable
usage.
The
second
example
resulted
in modification installation
problems
because
the
drawings
used in the design
had not been
updated
from a previous
modification or the modification workplan contained
an incorrect drawing.
You are required to respond
to this letter
and should follow the instructions
specified
in the
enclosed
Notice
when 'preparing
your response.
In your
response,
you should
document
the specific actions

and
any additional
actions
you plan to prevent recurrence.

to this
Notice, including your proposed
corrective
actions
and the results of future
inspections,
the
NRC will determine
whether further
NRC enforcement
action is
necessary
to ensure
compliance with
NRC regulatory requirements.
In accordance
with Section 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter
and its enclosures
will be placed in the
