OF THE NUCLEAR PERFORMANCE PLAN <<

BROMNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 (TAC NO. 73329)

Section III.12.0 of Volume 3 of the Nuclear Performance Plan for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant outlines a program intended to correct identified defi-ciences in component and piece part qualification and control.

The staff has completed its review of the proposed program and concludes that the program should acceptably correct previous deficiencies in the component and piece part qualification area.

The NRC will perform inspections, as appro-priate, prior to restart, to ensure satisfactory program implementation.
