(NRC) quality verification
team inspection
conducted
by K. Jenison
from April 10,
1989,
through April 14,
1989,
and
May 8,
1989
through
May 12,
1989.
At the
conclusion
of
the
inspection,
the
findings
were
discussed
with those
members
of your staff
identified in the enclosed
inspection report.
Areas
examined
during this guality Verification Inspection
are identified in
the report.
These
areas
included
licensee
quality activities in the areas
of
operations
performance,
system
lineups,
maintenance,
surveillance
testing,
review of previous inspection findings, follow-up of events,
review of licensee
identified items,
and
review of licensee
corrective
actions.
Within these
areas,
the
inspection
consisted
of selective
examinations
of
procedures
and
representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and
observation
of
activities in progress.
These
reviews were intended to assess
the effectiveness
of your line organizations
for achieving
and self-verifying quality in their
functions.
No violations, deviations or unresolved
items were identified.
