examined
during this guality Verification Inspection

These
areas
included
licensee
quality activities in the areas
of
operations
performance,
system
lineups,
maintenance,
surveillance
testing,
review of previous inspection findings, follow-up of events,
review of licensee
identified items,
and
review of licensee
corrective
actions.
Within these
areas,
the
inspection
consisted
of selective
examinations
of
procedures
and
representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and
observation
of
activities in progress.

for achieving

functions.
