Safety Evaluation (SE) of The SE...concl.uded that, the BFN for unitere performed in the SE identified certain restart.
Specifically, the 1.

A restart inspection schedule for the 71 welds which have not been post-Induction Heating Stress Improvement (IHSI) inspected.
BFN has initiated a post-IHSI weld examination project that will examine the remaining unit 2 welds that have not received post-IHSI inspection.
TVA will provide the results of this project to NRC upon its completion.
This project will be complete before restart and will eliminate any possible post-IHSI sample expansion problems for this outage.
BFN's sample expansion process will conform to the NRC "Staff Position on Sample Expansion" as specified in GL 88-01 for future IGSCC examination efforts.
In addition, the NRC staff requested that TVA provide technical specification changes reflecting leak detection requirements specified in GL 88-01.
TVA has already provided this information in its Technical Specification submittal No.262 "Intergranular Stress Corrosion Cracking," dated December 9,
1988.
