SECTION 3.2/4.2 L In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting a request. for an amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFH Technical Specifications fox units 1, 2 and 3 (enclosure 1).
This proposed change adds limiting, conditions for operation and sux.veillance requirements for the ATMS-RPT System.
The addition of this technical specification ensures that the ATMS-RPT will be operable and perform its intended function.
The ATMS-RPT modifications for unit 2 are scheduled to be completed before unit. 2 fuel load from the current outage.
Units 1 and 3 are to be completed befoxe their fuel load from the current outage.
This technical specification is considered to be a restart requixement.
Description, reason for change, and justification in suppoxt of the proposed changes ax'.e enclosed (enclosure 2).
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 3.
