Nos. 50-259 50-260 50-296 BROGANS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFH) UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 HRC INSPECTION REPORT HOS. 50-259/84-23, 50-260/84-23, AND 50-296/84-23, VENDOR MANUAL CONTROL PROGRAH The purpose of thi-letter is to provide a revised schedule for the complet.ion of the vendor manuals discussed in TVA's letter dated January 29, 1988.
The update on the phase II Vendor Hanual Program involves 290 manuals, and to date 289 of these manuals have been completed.
Because of t.ecent changes to the startup configuration of the HPCI turbine, the schedule for completion of the HPCI vendor manual will be completed on October 25, 1988.
The. current date for completion of the phase II project will meet unit. 2 restart..
