In the Hatter of Docket Nos. 50-259 Tennessee Valley Authority 50-260 50-296 BROMNS FERRY HUCLEAR PLAHT (BFH) UNITS 1, 2, AHD 3 TVA BFN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIOH HO. 251 TABLE 3.7.A COHTAIHHEHT ISOLATION VALVES-TAC NOS. 00080, 00081, 00082 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting a request, for an amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFH Technical Specifications for units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).

Table 3.7.A, "Primary Containment Isolation Valves" is being updated and corrected to reflect changes due to plant modifications and the BFN appendix J program. This amendment has been identified as a restart requirement description, reason for change and justification are provided in enclosure 2.

A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the 4150 amendment fee required by 10 CFR Part 170.12.

Me request, that these specifications be made effective 60 days after issuance.
