E. Gears to S. A. White requested that TVA provide a schedule for the response to the September 12, 1985 telephone conference request for additional information concerning the human factors program and isolation devices for the BFN SPDS. The requested information on these two items will be provided in February 1988, which is consistent with other project design priorities. In addition, the complexity associated with integrating SPDS into the Plant Process Computer and other NUREG-0737 Supplement 1 NRC initiatives supports this schedule. Mr. Gears's letter also requested the scheduled SPDS implementation dates. In response to that request, the following schedule is provided for SPDS implementation. Unit 1 Before Restart Unit 2 Before Cycle 7 Startup Unit 3 Before Restart This schedule for SPDS implementation is consistent with the general program described in Attachment IV-4 of the Browns Ferry Nuclear Performance Plan (Volume 3).
