Mr. Stewart Ebneter In the Matter of Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos. 50-259 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT TVA BFN TS 224 By letter dated February 5, 1987, TVA submitted a request for an amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68.
This amendment would delete the tables which list primary containment penetrations and valves subject to certain provisions of 10 CFR 50 Appendix J.
We request that review of this proposed amendment be postponed since we intend to supercede this amendment request with one that will have more similarity to previously approved technical specifications for other facilities.
