Dear Mr. White:
As part of their duties as NRC Operating Reactors Project Managers for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, we are requesting that Marshall Grotenhuis and Gerald E.
Gears be granted unescorted access to the protected and vital areas of your installation.
Messrs.
Grotenhuis and Gears are scheduled to undergo the general training program (GET) in Regulatory Compliance, Security, QA/QC, Plant Procedures, and Plant Description and Organization given by Tennessee Valley Authority at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant starting on January 29, 1987 with completion currently scheduled for sometime during February 1987 depending upon TVA training schedules.
It is requested that Messrs.
Grotenhuis and Gears, upon satisfactory completion of the appropriate TVA training, be granted unescorted access to your facility.
The enclosure to this letter is effective upon completion of the appropriate GET training.
