The purpose of this effort is to pub'fish a supplement to our Draft Environmental
-.Statement (f~URE6-0564) relative to operation of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, >>hich will consider the.construction and operation of the Pond Hill Reservoir and alternative means of providing river flow augmentation.
Our present schedule is to publish the supplement by t!ovember
'fG, complete the public comment period by the end of December, an(l publish the Final Environmental Statement for the'tation and the reservoir early in February.
In order to meet the above schedule,. the information requested in this letter will 'be needed by October
