Your letter of December 7, 1978 outlines the differences between the Susquehanna construction schedule and the NRC review schedule.
We recognize the Staff resource limitations and the effect of these limitations on your review schedule;
- however, we believe the Susquehanna construction schedule can be achieved:
To resolve this difference, we would be pleased to meet with your Caseload Forecast Panel about April 1, 1979, to present them a detai'led construction schedule analysis.
As you suggest, we will remain in close contact with your project
- manager, Mr. Miner, to identify areas of disagreement or uncertainty as early as possible in the review process.
