In the Matter. of the Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos.
50-260 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 50.59 and 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to license DPR-52 to change the technical specifications of Browns Perry Nuclear Plant, unit 2 (enclosure 1).
The enclosed specifications supplement those of TVA's applications for unit 2 reload license amendment dated August 23, 1984 (TVA BFNP TS 199); April 3, 1985 (TS 199, Supplement 1); and December 30, 1985 (TS 199, Supplement 2).
These specifications incorporate the calibration frequencies requested by NRC's letter from you to H.
G. Parris dated December 6, 1985.
The specifications also add the requirements for the scram pilot'ir header low pressure trip.
These pages should replace the identically numbered pages from TS 199 and TS
- 199, Supplement.

The enclosed pages contain all the changes proposed in TS 199 and TS 199, Supplement 2.
P Description and justification for the proposed changes are provided in enclosure 2.
The determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 3.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 170.22, license amendment fees of 4150 were forwarded with license amendment request TVA BFNP TS 199 dated August 23, 1984.
