In anticipation of the meeting scheduled for May 6-7, 1986, in which we plan to discuss those issues which must be resolved prior to restart of Browns Ferry, Units 1, 2 and 3, I am enclosing the most recent list of restart issues identified by the NRC staff.
Please note that we continue to consider this list preliminary pending the May 6-7, 1986 meeting and subsequent discussions which may result.
We are providing this list so that your staff can be prepared to discuss the merits 'of each of the issues, and our respective schedules for resolution.
