OELD Tech Branch E. Jordan Gray File Enclosed for your information is a trip report by our staff regarding the June 17-20, 1985 site visits to the Surry and North Anna Power Stations concerning wrong unit/wrong train events.
This site visit was conducted as part of a short-term effort to determine whether simple, low cost improvements could be identified and implemented to reduce the frequency of wrong unit/wrong train events occurring at nuclear power reactor facilities.
