TO GENERIC LETTER 81-32 ON EVALUATION OF TRANSIENTS WITH A SINGLE FAILURE ER 100450 FILE 841-12 PLAN19

This letter provides a response to generic letter 81-32.
PP&L has reviewed the BWR Owners'roup position in item II.K.3.44 of NUREG 0737.
Our review shows that the assumptions and initial conditions used in the development of this position are representative of both units of the Susquehanna SES.
Therefore no additional action is needed in response to your letter.
