Dear Mr. Schwencer:

This is to complete our response to the verbal Reactor Systems Branch question on FSAR Section 6.3.2.8 which asked what operator actions were assumed in the ECCS analysis 10 to 20 minutes following a postulated loss of coolant accident.

The only operator action assumed in the Section 6.3 ECCS analysis is that a

RHK: heat exchanger is placed in service 10 minutes into the accident.

FSAR Section 6.3.2.8 will be revised to incorporate the above response.
