Dear Mr. Schwencer:
This letter changes Pennsylvania Power' Light Company's schedule commitment stated in letter PLA-803, June 10, 1981.
The interlock, which will prevent operation of the MSIV-LCS when the inboard main steamline isolation valve is open, will be installed prior to Unit ¹1 fuel load, contingent upon delivery of qualified equipment.
This letter completes our action on SER Outstanding Issue ¹36.
