Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Our response to NUREG 0737, requirement I.A.1.2 references administrative procedure AD-00-026, "Conduct of Operations".
Section 4.4.1.7, third para-graph, will be revised as follows:
"If during an emergency the Shift Supervisor is required to leave the control room on a temporary basis to evaluate the situation locally, he shall be properly relieved of responsibility for control room activities by a qualified senior licensed individual."
