Dear Mr. Youngblood:
In regard to your concern for undervoltage protection when the grid is between 15%
and 95K of rated voltage, we submit the following.
Please. refer to the relay setting table.
Relay 27B 3&4 should be corrected to delete the LOCA permissive.
Therefore, regardless of the LOCA signal condi-tion, relays 27B 3&4 will trip on undervoltage of 17 sec.
Thus electrical class lE equipment are protected.
