Attached is PP&L's "Mitigating Core Damage" training program as requested by Mr. Sal Salah NRC in a telephone conversation with Messrs.

Neil Coddington and Gene Garison of PP&L. I wish to stress that this training is an integral part of our total training program.

The numbers of hours spent on various topics are projected for future replacement training classes as outlined in the

'INFO Guidelines on Mitigating Core

Damage, and as, such may change as we adjust our replacement training program.

All present cold license candidates and other identified management personnel have received the necessary mitigating core damage training.
