In response to NRC Generic Letter 81&1, dated May 4,
- 1981, PP&L provides the following information.
As presented in Section 17.2 of the Susquehanna SES
- FSAR, PP&L commits to meet the regulatory positions of Regulatory Guides 1.58, Revision 1, and Regulatory Guide 1.146, Revision 0..
PP&L procedures and implementation as they relate to PP&L personnel are in full compliance with the requirements.
For the operational phase of Susquehanna
For the construction phase of Susquehanna
- SES, our Architect-Engineer-Constructor, Bechtel Power Corp.,
by operating under the Bechtel QA Program for SSES, is in compliance with the intent of Reg.
Guides 1.58, Revision 1
and 1.146, Revision 0.
