Dear Mr. Schwencer:
In response to your concern on common water level reference point, PPGL will make the following modifications prior to fuel load:

1.
LR-1R615 and LI-1R610 will be converted to an instrument zero reference point.
After this change, all RPV level indication will use instrument zero as the reference point.
2.
Technical specifications and procedures will be altered as necessary to reflect the common reference point.
3.
Operator training on the revised reference level will be completed.
As a result of this change, PPGL will not be installing the mimics, previously suggested, next to the level indicators.
