Dear Mr. Schwencer:
In response to your concern on common water level reference point, PPGL will make the following modifications prior to fuel load: ~
- 1. LR-1R615 and LI-1R610 will be converted to an instrument zero reference point. After this change, all RPV level indication will use instrument zero as the reference point.
- 2. Technical specifications and procedures will be altered as necessary to reflect the common reference point.
- 3. Operator training on the revised reference level will be completed.
As a result of this change, PPGL will not be installing the mimics, previously suggested, next to the level indicators.
