Dear Mr. Youngblood:
The ATWS Recirculation Pump Trip (RPT) Circuit utilizes dedicated sensors to initiate the trip.
Each logic system is divisionalized and either system will trip both pumps in a two-out-of-two logic on either high reactor dome
- pressure, or low-low reactor water level with an 8 to 10 second time delay.
The trip coils for this action are in the End-of-Cycle (EOC) breakers which will provide a prompt coast down of the recirculation pumps.

6 (Reactor Recirculation Pump and MG Set Elementary Diagram) shows the ATWS-RPT.
