NRC PEVIEi~ SCHEDULAR REGUIREr.ENTS FOR SPECIAL LGH Po!;ER TEST PRQGRI'M AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES To accomplish timely review of your application, it fs necessary that the following schedular requfrements be met.

These requirements specifically relate ta NPC r view of your Special Low Power Test Program and Emergency Prccedures or selected transients and accidents.

The following lead times must be met if cur evaluations are to be completed cn a scheCule consfstent with your schedule for performing tests and proceeding with the power ascension program above 5>> of full power.

1.

Procedures for conducting the Special Low Power Test Program must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to authorization to perform the test.

Revised emergency procedures prepared in accordance with staff ccmments must be submitted at least seven weeks prior to completing cur review; procedures walk-throughs in your control ream must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to issuance cf a full power operating lfcense.

3.

The results of the Specfal Low Power Test Program must be submitted for HRC revfew 2 weeks prior to proceeding above 5$ of full power.

Implicft fn the above requirements fs the assumptfon that NRC requests or any additional information on the above matters will be answered in 1-1 1/2 weeks.
