Dear Mr. Denton:
In the Matter of the Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos. 50-259 50-260 50-296 Please refer to L. M. Mills'etter to you dated July 30, 1984, which responded to D. B. Vassallo's June 12, 1984 Confirmatory Order to H. G. Parris on Browns Ferry.
In that letter, we provided a safety analysis, implementation plan, and implementation schedule for the Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS).
We would like to clarify the SPDS implementation schedule.
The implementation schedule quoted from the July 30, 1984 TVA letter reads:
The SPDS implementation will be in accordance with the following schedule; unit 3 cycle 71987, unit 1 cycle 81988, unit 2 cycle 81989.
The implementation schedule should be clarified to read:
The SPDS implementation will be in accordance with the following schedule; unit 3 cycle 7 refueling outage, unit 1 cycle 8 r efueling outage, unit 2 cycle 8 refueling outage.
