Me have received a copy of your application dated December 21, 1984, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This'pplication requested an exemption from the test interval requirement of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, and provided justification for extended operation with overlaid v(elds for the Brown Ferry Nuclear Plant Unit Ho. 'I.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your application.
Since your application was filed after the Dune 20, 1984 effective date of the revision to 10 CFR 170 on fees and requires HRC review and approval, it is subject to the provisions of the revised rule.
This rule r equires licensees to remit an application fee of @50 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other'equest.
Therefore, it is requested that the Authority remit the required application fee of $150 for your December 21 request.
The Authority will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
