In the Matter of the Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos. 50-259 50-260 50-296 By letter from D. B. Vassallo to H. G. Parris dated June 12,

1984, we received orders confirming commitments on emergency response capability for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3.

We have noted that for unit 3 the Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS) safety analysis is to be submitted by June 30, 1984.

This issue for units 1 and 2 is listed as July 30, 1984.

As discussed with R. J. Clark, the Browns Ferry Project Manager, the date of June 30, 1984 is erroneous.

It is our understanding that this date should have been listed as July 30, 1984 also.
