SUBJECT:
BROWNS FERRY OPERATOR AND SENIOR OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION EXAtlINATIONS This refers to our letter of January 17, 1984, which confirmed arrangements for the administragon of requalification examinations at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
We stated in that letter that we would provide you with a list of licensed operators, along with several alternates, that were selected to be-examiqed.
Enclosed herewith is the list of selected examinees.
Fifteen individuals identified in the enclosure will be administered a written requalification examination on Parch 23, 1984.
They include twelve watch-standers (six reactor operators and six senior operators) and three off-shift, staff personnel selected from a list of "BFNP Licensed Operations Personnel" provided to the NRC by your staff on March 2, 1984.
The enclosure also identifies six individuals, selected from the same list; who will be administered oral requalification examinations during the week of Harch 26, 1984.
QA random selection process was used in determining the identity of examinees for both the written and oral examinationsg We have also selected five alternate examinees for the written examination and three for the oral examinations; they are also identified in the enclosure.
They will be examined in lieu of the selected candidates only when those individuals selected cannot be made available and* adequate justification exists for granting the substitution.
