By letters dated December 1, December 12 and December 16, 1983, the Division of Licensing (DL) staff informed the Authority of their approval of your application dated July 13, 1983 and issued Amendment Nos. 91, 92. and 93 to Faci'lity License No. DPR-33 for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Unit No. l.
This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to core reload and other plant modifications performed during the refueling outage.
A Class III fee ($4,000) was remitted with your request pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class IV fee
($12,300) is appropriate since the review involved consideration of several safety issues.
Therefore, you are requested to remit the additional sum of
$8,300 to this office.
