inspections.
With regard to items

C in the Notice of Violation, we are evaluating

and will inform you as to their acceptability at a later date.
If deemed
necessary,
we will address
this subject in separate
correspondence.
With respect to your request that the subject inspection report
be withheld
from publ,ic'isclosure,
we have deleted
from the report the initials- of the
concerned
persons
as requested
per our telephone
conversation
March 2,
1981
with Jim Domer.
The report minus the initials will be placed in the Public
Document
Room.
