Describe.

Redundant switch in same trip channel and in redundant. trip channel were operable.

~Aarent Cause of Occurrence:

Dirty switch cbntacts.

Anal sis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to the plant equipment.

There was no activity release, "no personnel exposure or in]ury and no danger to the health and safety of the public.

Corrective Action

.Cl'caned the switch and functionally tested at the proper setpoint several times.

Failure Data:

260/805, 260/801, and 259/7437.
