Based on our review of the facts in tips case, we believe that steps should be taken to add Action Statements to thyme Limiting Conditions for Operation that do not have Action Statements (e. g. /'rimary Containment Integrity, etc.).

It is apparent, based on our initial revjew of your response, that steps
, should be taken to add Action Statementd to the Brown's Ferry Technical Specifications.
One method to accomp)nsh this, to the mutual benefit of TVA-and NRC, would be to adopt the Standard Technical Specifications for General Electric Boiling Water Reactors, NUTMEG 0123, Revision 2.
This will be the subject of a future letter with yod after we have completed our review of your response.
