RBM "B" was damaged in the process of repairing RBM "A."

Both channels were out of service approximately six hours.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 8 approximately 802 HWe.

Unit 2 8 approximately 1095 MHe.

Unit 3 in refueling outage.

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met
