The pre-shutdown tritium sample was neglected due to a lack of understanding between operational and laboratory personnel.

Operating instructions have been ammended to avoid recurrence.

Analysis of atmospheric samples of the drywell for gamma emitters and of tritium samples for the previous month shoved them to be within the normal 4

range.
