Dear Mr. Regan:
In our March 31, 1976 letter to you, we identified our schedule for establishing the option by which we would. submi:t information to you to determine Appendix I compliance.
Due to unexpected data reduction problems, we must revise the scheduled submittal to September, 1976.
This new schedule was discussed in a phone conversation between Mr. Singh Bajwa (NRC) and Mr. W. E. Barberich (PPM ).
