Denton:
wish to urge denial of CPBL's reQuest for exemption from the requirement, under 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, that the Company conduct a full participation exercise of the Emergency
Response
Plan for its Shearon Harris nuclear power plant within one year before beginning commercial operation of the plant or before operating at greater than five percent of rated power.
Because of the need for changes in the evacua-t,ion plan, I believe pgis exercise should be conducted before the +ant is permitted to operate at all.
