I had a couple of questions for you'and your staff regarding the status of various ~tters before you in the'arris case:
1.) Where is the draft copy of the Shearon Harris operating license that I requested'n a letter'o you after our meeting over' month ago?'You never'nswered'~y letter'. Does'his mean you are refusing to give us a copy of this document or is it still"being processed?

What is the status of the FOIA request which we filed with your office at the beginning of August in support of our July 9, 1986 2.206 petition?
Is this request being processed'and'hen" can we expect a
response?'.)
Hill you send us a copy of CPSL's response to the violations which were noted'n inspection report f/50-'400/85=48 concerning the improper pre-service inspection procedures',
which were also discussed at. length in our July 9 2.206 request?"

We hope that a 189(a) hearing willbe'eld on this exemption request if you are seriously entertaining the exemption,'ince'it would be construed's an amendment to the requirements for obtaining an operating license.'lease advise us if you'ave a timetable for making tFiis decision.
