In accordance with NRC procedures for Board Notifications, the enclosed report which is a transcript of a September 5,
1985 meeting between representatives of the Carolina Power and Light Company (CP&L) and the NRC staff which discussed the contention on the alleged use of drugs at the Shearon Harris, Unit 1 site, is provided for, your information.
During the meeting, the staff requested that CP8L provide additional information for the staff s review.
By copy of this memorandum the parties
