In conjunction with the reference letter, Framatome Inc. (formerly AREVA, Inc.) hereby requests the transfer of the Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 9319, currently in the name of TN Americas LLC to Framatome Inc., effective February 14, 2018. (Note: AREVA, Inc. became Framatome Inc. effective January 1, 2018.)
Framatome Inc. accepts the responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of the statements and representations in the Safety Analysis Report (SAR) for the MAP-12 and MAP-13 packages. In addition, Framatome Inc. will be responsible for the maintenance of the CoC, the SAR and the existing quality assurance records. Framatome's Quality Assurance Program (as AREVA NP, Inc) was approved by the NRC under Docket Number 71-0003 Revision 30 dated August 1, 2013.
