Name Change of Certificate of Compliance Owner for NRC Docket Numbers 71-9251, 71-9252, 71-9289, and 71-9372 To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this submittal is to address name changes on certain Certificates of Compliance (CoCs) due to the name change of AREVA Inc. to Framatome Inc., which became effective January 1, 2018.
The four*CoCs in question were issued to either AREVA Inc. or AREVA NP, Inc. These CoCs should be issued to:

2101 Horn Rapids Road Richland, WA 99354 Framatome Inc. anticipates that the CoCs issued under 10 CFR Part 71 will be revised to indicate issuance to Framatorne Inc. at the address above. Enclosure 1 provides a list of the CoCs for which this should occur, with reference to any CoC revision applications which are currently under NRC review.
I certify that all records associated with these 10 CFR Part 71 CoCs will continue to be controlled and managed at the same location which applied under AREVA Inc. and AREVA Np, Inc.
