A review of our files indicates that on March 14, 1977 a copy of the Advance Premium Endorsement and Standard Premium Endorsement, Calendar Year of 1977 (Endorsement No.
19) to Policy No.
MF-77 issued by Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters was transmitted to the'.attention of Mr. Jerome
- Saltzman, Deputy Chief, Office of Antitrust 6 Indemnity together with copies of Endorsement Nos.
20, 21 and 22 to the same policy.
Our file also indicates that an Amendment of Advance
'remium Endorsement, Standard Premium and Reserve Premium Endorsement and Additional Premium Due (Endorsement No.
26) was subsequently issued by Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters and a copy of this policy endorsement was transmitted to the attention of Mr. Jerome Saltzman on July 25, 1977 together with copies of Endorsement Nos.
