reflecting the changes to 10 CFR Part 140, "Financial Protection Requirements and Indemnity Agreements," effective Nay 1, 1977. The amendments to,Part 140, a copy of which is also enclosed, give effect to the increase from $ 12S million to $ 140 million in the primary layer of nuclear energy liability insurance provided by Nuclear Energy Liability-Property Insurance Association and Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters. Further,'he amendments make'certain other changes in the regulations necessitated by enactment, of Public Law 94-197. ~ ~ ~

AMENDMENT NO. 11 I,'lAY 1 1977 Effective , Indemnity Agreement No. B-36, between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, and the Atomic .Energy Commission, dated August 16, 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended as. follows:

The amount "$ 125,000,000", is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$ 140,000,000" is substituted therefor.

'he amount "$ 96,875,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$ 108,500,000" is substituted therefor.

The amount "$ 28,125,000" is deleted wherever it appears and
