A new series of questions associated with the above discussions will be formally transmitted to the !appTicant';i The applicant stated that follow-up action would include formal responses to approximately 18 of these questions in about two weeks following the meeting. It was also stated that responses to the questions transmitted on August 18. 1982 (Questions 440.108 to 440.113) would be forthcoming shortly.
Responses which would take longer generally dealt with steam generator tube ruptures, boron dilution or low temperature over-pressurefprotection,.:
The staff brought up a question regarding justification for a 30 minute time limit for operator action assumed for certain analyses.
The staff will pursue this independently with Westinghouse.
