The Licensing Board's Order of September 22, 1982 ruled upon all proffered contentions.
Procedurally and adminstratively, it will be important to all of us to work with one document setting forth the admitted and deferred contentions.
I have had all admitted and deferred conten-tions retyped as formulated by you in the order set forth in the Board's Order of September 22, 1982 and am enclosing two copies herewith.
I made no.changes in your contentions.
In some instances we were not able to make out all of the words and I am sure you will correct this.
I propose that we all agree upon the wording and numeration of the conten-tions and submit the document to the Board for its approval.
Therefore I would appreciate you reviewing the document as to your contentions and make any appropriate corrections.
When I submit the document to the Board I will renumber all contentions consecutively.
Please mark up one copy by hand and return it to me marked "personal" on the outside.
I will then have it retyped with your changes and distribute ampl.e copies to all parties.
