Dear Mr. Little:

In your letter of June 28, 1982 concerning the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant you requested information on the current status of the Burke and Ragan houses mentioned in 'the 1973 report.

According to infor-mation received from the appl'icant in response to an NRC question',

the Burke house was sold and moved to Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, while the Ragan house remains'ntact, is inhabited, and is not on the applicant's property.
