L. ll. Heller FEB 14 I)79 I informed the applicant that the staff needed complete details of the recent test fill program, the dehails of the 1975 test fill and laboratory testing program, a comparison and evaluation of these two programs, and construction specifications-%=dam and dike construction.
This information has been received by'RC.
I discussed with the applicant our needs regarding inspection of the foundations for the Auxiliary Dam and Dike.
In particular, I indicated we needed details of the procedures to be adopted for approva'I of foundation naterials, and details of the proposed testing of random rockfill materials including frequency of grada-tion and density testing.
