- SHEARON HARRIS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT DOCKET NO. 50-400
Dear Mr. Robinson:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation on July 29,
- 1996, concerning a
pre-decisional enforcement conference requested by us which has been scheduled for August 22, 1996, at 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The purpose of this enforcement conference is to discuss the apparent violation identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-400/96-06 which addresses two examples where plant changes for the spare component cooling water pump.and spare charging/safety injection pump were made and not reviewed as required by 10 CFR 50.59.
The
.location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta, Georgia, 29th Floor Conference Room.
This meeting is a closed meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
