Dear Mr. Robinson:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Varley of your staff and Mr. K. Barr, Chief, Plant Support Branch, of this office on February 8,
- 1996, concerning a management meeting which has been scheduled for February 22, 1996, at 9:00-11:00 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed Harris Emergency Preparedness Plan change in the area of revised emergency action levels.
The location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street, Atlanta, Georgia, in the 31th Floor Conference Room.
This will be an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
