Carolina Power and Light Company (CPEcL) hereby submits the Harris Nuclear Plant (HNP)
Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Revision 1 in support ofCycle 7 operations, per the requirements ofHNP Technical Specification 6.9.1.6.4.
Changes relative to the Cycle 7 core load were made to the Moderator Temperature Coefficient Surveillance Limit,the Heat Flux Hot Channel Factor (F< Z) and the Boron Concentration value required to maintain adequate shutdown margin. Additionally, Figure 1 (Shutdown Margin versus RCS Boron Concentration) has been added to the Cycle 7 COLR per the NRC's approval ofAmmendment 59 to the HNP Operating License, and Figure 5 (Vz versus Core Height) has been revised to reflect the new Heat Flux Hot Channel Factor.
